Terms of Service
Online bookings require a deposit at the time of booking. Document drop off bookings require a $25.00 deposit, which will apply to any service fees you later incur. Consultation appointments require a $185.00 pre-payment, which is the same as the consultation fee. Failure to keep the online booking appointment will result in forfeiture of that pre-payment or deposit, without it being credited to future work or a rescheduled appointment. You may reschedule your online booking a maximum of two times, not fewer than 24 hours prior to the time and day of your online booking. You can cancel your online booking no fewer than 24 hours prior to the time and day of your online booking and receive the full pre-payment or deposit back. YOU AGREE THAT ONLINE BOOKING PRE-PAYMENTS ARE ONLY REFUNDABLE IN SPECIFIC CIRCUMSTANCES, THAT YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THESE CIRCUMSTANCES AND THAT YOU AGREE THAT A COPY OF THIS SIGNED AGREEMENT WILL BE USED IN DEFENSE OF ANY CHARGEBACK OR OTHER EFFORT TO REVERSE AN ONLINE BOOKING PAYMENT.
You agree that online reviews have economic consequences, and that any negative online review of a transaction in which you are partly or fully responsible for the situation that has arisen extract a financial penalty on us.
THEREBY, IF YOU OR SOMEONE ON YOUR BEHALF POST A NEGATIVE REVIEW OF OUR BUSINESS WHERE THE UNDERLYING SITUATION WAS DUE IN PART OR IN FULL TO YOUR OWN VIOLATION OR MISUNDERSTANDING OF OUR ONLINE BOOKING POLICY, YOU ACCEPT THAT THE LIQUIDATED DAMAGE FROM SUCH REVIEW IS TEN THOUSAND UNITED STATES DOLLARS, AND YOU ACCEPT AND UNDERSTAND THAT YOU CONTRACTUALLY OBLIGATE YOURSELF TO THIS LIQUIDATED DAMAGE FEE BY TAKING SUCH ACTION.
Using our online booking service and paying the required booking deposit constitutes acceptance of this TOS relating to online bookings.
